Eastway Cycling Day

Held at Eastway Cycle Circuit. A group had a good ride up to the circuit from Mile End Park. The sun had completely cleared the canal water - was like riding alongside an aquarium. More stalls and scrummy food were awaiting us as well as Bo the cycling clown performing for us again. The panel discussion went well - you never know how these things will work out but it provoked much debate which will hopefully will continue after this week. Much energy was then expended pounding on the pedals in the heat around the one mile circuit.
