Below is everything that needs doing to enable our events to run even better than last year. If you can help out with anything please let us know - even the smallest amount of your time will be much appreciated!
14th Saturday
12.00pm-4.00pm
Family Cycling Fun Day
Victoria Park (Crown Gate East, Grove Road, off roundabout, opposite Crown pub)

Event preparation:
- Rickshaws: Owen
- Cycling Clown: Gary
- Obstacle course, Mark Butland: Owen
- Security bike marking: Keith, Alix
- Bike & helmet decorating: Alix, Saul?
- Face painting? volunteer needed
- Ask if LBTH want to run a road safety stall: volunteer needed
- Petition(s) - subject, wording & production of forms: volunteers needed
- Are there park notices that can be used for publicity posters? volunteer needed
- Production of posters: Owen, volunteers needed
- Putting up of posters: Owen, volunteers needed
On the day:
- Setting up (gazebo, tables etc.) start time tba:

- Stall attendents and roaming amongst the crowds - Wheelers/LCC info distribution, tshirt sales, petition(s):

Eastway Cycling Day
Eastway Cycle Circuit, Quarter Mile Lane, London E10

Event preparation:
- Distribution of leaflets advertising the event - to bike shops, libraries, GP surgeries, schools and to bike and bikers themselves - please name the approximate area you would be able to cover and the bike shops, etc. within that area.
On the day:
- 'General volunteers' to help with miscellaneous setting-up/ clearing away on the day
- Driver and car to act as transport round the circuit (and to Casualty) in the unlikely event of any accidents
16th Monday

Cyclists' Breakfast

- Event publicity leaflet production: volunteer needed
- Leaflet handouts on Narrow St and Cable St: volunteers needed
- Buy food: volunteers needed
- Sort out camping stove(s): Dave, anyone else?

- Setup: Alex B, Owen, more volunteers needed
- Wheelers/LCC info distribution: Owen, Alex B, Alix, more volunteers?
