Banner stunt by Tower Hamlets Wheelers on the Green Bridge across Mile End Road to promote cycling as the cheapest and healthiest way to avoid the congestion charge. Contact us if you would like to try cycling to work. We provide a free "buddy" service to help you gain confidence riding in traffic and show you the quiet routes.
