The Glamour Ride
The 9th annual Glamour Ride, where Cycling meets Chic.
Saturday, 22nd June 2013 7pm-10pm
Wear your own interpretation of glamour and join us for this legendary fun ride. Previous years have seen tuxedos, decorated bikes and Wonder Woman.
Fabulous prizes to be won!
Ride leaves at 7pm from the southern end of the Green Bridge, Mile End Park E3 and ends on the South Bank (approx. 6 miles).
Bring glitter and bike lights.

The Glamour Ride Story
“Who says cycling is all lycra, sweat and bad hair days? Not us! Dress according to your own definition of glamour, decorate either yourself or your bike or both - get geared up!”
From its humble beginnings in September 2005 the Glamour Ride has reached legendary status. The brainchild of Leigh and organised by Tower Hamlets Wheelers, the ride aims to prove you don't need to wear lycra to ride a bicycle. With diverse interpretations of "glamour" by the participants this aim has always been achieved!
