The Glamour Ride

"Who says cycling is all lycra, sweat and bad hair days? Not us! Dress according to your own definition of glamour, decorate either yourself or your bike or both."

From its humble beginnings in September 2005 the Glamour Ride has reached legendary status. The brainchild of Leigh and organised by Tower Hamlets Wheelers, the ride aims to prove you don't need to wear lycra to ride a bicycle. With diverse interpretations of "glamour" by the participants this aim has always been achieved!
