1. Workshop

Next one on 18 June.  All the usuals are available.

Timings need to be altered for 16 July edition to accommodate afternoon event in the hall. Will run it from 10am-1pm to be out of the hall by 1.30pm.

ACTION: Owen to publicise July timings in good time.


2. Bike Week

Sat 18 : Workshop 11am-3pm [usual]

Sun 19 : Upshire Church Teas ride 9.30am [Gail]
	Back markers need confirming.

	Limehouse Cut and beyond.

Thu 23 : Queen Mary Breakfast 8.00-10.00am [Bob]
	Attending: Bob, Steve, Owen, Keith
	Owen to get Christiania and Dr Bike kit to QM.

Fri 24 : Glamour Ride 7.00-10.00pm [Betty et al]
	Owen to organise refreshments.  Dave to ride Christiania.

Sat 25 : Richmond Park ride 10.00am [Rob]
	Back markers need confirming.

Sun 26 : Bikeathon, Dr Bike Shadwell Park 10.00am-2.00pm [workshop regulars]

Sun 26 : Picnic, King Edward Memorial Park 2.00pm

ACTION: Owen to email committee asking for back markers for the two weekend rides.

3. Events

Arnold Circus: Keith organising.  Pre-event Dr Bike will be on Saturday, 16 July about 2-5pm.  



4. Newsletter

Suggestion to shift production timetable so each edition of the newsletter is ready for the following workshop.  Easy to keep track of deadlines for us as working with already known dates.  Call for articles will therefore go out at start of month.

ACTION: Rob and David T to implement.



5. Movers & Shakers Cycling Project

Two councillors have expressed an interest.

ACTION: Rob to keep on working on it.



6. Permeability

Would like to start a push to get more one-way streets made two-way for cycling in the borough. Agree this would be best done via the Rangers project.

ACTION: Owen to liaise with Alix.



7. Cable Street

Rogue give-way markings have appeared on the cycle track at Cable Street/Watney Street junction.  Gerry has emailed

ACTION: Owen to dig out previous correspondence on Watney Street Stop sign discussions.



8. Barry

Following the death of Southwark Co-ordinator Barry Mason, Rob and Owen to organise condolences card on behalf of Wheelers to send to Cheryl.
