East End Speed Histories by Bike
To celebrate Bike Week Tower Hamlets Wheelers in association with East End Speed Histories have organised a very special ride through the east end where en route you'll meet characters who'll tell you stories less told of people and places in the east end. East End Speed Histories are a group of local performance artists who have performed in many locations in east London such as Bishopsgate Institute, Shoreditch Town Hall, The Rich Mix etc. to critical acclaim and we're very priviliged to be given this opportunity to see them perform on our behalf.
Due to the nature of street story telling the ride is restricted to 20 places so please book a ticket via the link below.

There is no need to print your ticket.
The ride will leave promptly at 6.30pm from ON TOP of the Green Bridge, Mile End Park so please don't be late but alternatively you can meet at St Anne's Church Limehouse, Newel Street entrance at 6.40pm. The ride will be mostly off road or away from traffic and is expected to end at 9.30pm at Wiltons Music Hall, don't forget your lights.
If it's raining on the night the ride will be cancelled.

Rides information
Our rides are highlighted by "RIDE". You don't have to be a member to join in and we're also always looking for new ride ideas. Contact our Rides Co-ordinator for further information.
There is no need to register beforehand for a ride unless this is specifically stated, most rides are "turn up and go".
If you haven't ridden with us before please read our Ride Guidance Notes.
Please note that for train assisted rides we often cannot publish times until about 2 weeks beforehand because of the need to check engineering works. Also sometimes our ride leaders do have to change dates/times/routes at reasonably short notice. Generally this website will be up to date and also details will be sent out to our email groups, but if in doubt contact the ride leader or our rides co-ordinator to check arrangements.
