The Return of Summer Evening Rides - Beyond Cody Dock, Exploring the Lower River Lea
Due to a leg injury I've been unable to lead rides recently so I'm starting again this Thursday.
Summer Evening Rides are easy paced, stress busting rides for all skill levels exploring the green spaces of the borough and our neighbouring boroughs with pleasant company.
This ride takes us to the mouth of the River Lea via London's newest town and will not involve any canal-side riding except for a very short section by Three Mills.
Date: Thursday 13 July 2023
Time: 6.30pm
Meet: The Pavilion Cafe, Victoria Park, E3
I want to leave at 6.30pm sharp so please be on time for registration. If you're going to be late then please call me. The ride is expected to end at about 9.00pm at a local pub off Stratford High Street, an ideal location to get home via safe routes. Please do remember to bring lights and locks.

Rides information
Our rides are highlighted by "RIDE". You don't have to be a member to join in and we're also always looking for new ride ideas. Contact our Rides Co-ordinator for further information.
There is no need to register beforehand for a ride unless this is specifically stated, most rides are "turn up and go".
If you haven't ridden with us before please read our Ride Guidance Notes.
Please note that for train assisted rides we often cannot publish times until about 2 weeks beforehand because of the need to check engineering works. Also sometimes our ride leaders do have to change dates/times/routes at reasonably short notice. Generally this website will be up to date and also details will be sent out to our email groups, but if in doubt contact the ride leader or our rides co-ordinator to check arrangements.
