West Kent Lanes
Registration form here (optional, see notes below)
*******
A 42mile ride around the country lanes of western Kent. Starting and finishing at Sevenoaks. Enjoy the beautiful countryside and historic architecture of Kent. Including fine stately homes and fantastic vistas across the south of England.
Rated moderate/hard not for distance but for a couple of larger hills, one at the start and one at the end of the day. The rest of the ride is either flat or rolling small hills. We will wait for everyone at the top of the hills, no one left behind! Lunch in Edenbridge, tea in Knole Park. Suitable for all bikes (although gears would be recommended). Mostly on quiet country lanes but some busier roads around Sevenoaks.
Meet at London Bridge station at 9am for a 9.15 train to Sevenoaks. Day return costs £10.80 (£5.40 with a group ticket). Expected return to London Bridge around 5pm.
*** We are trialling a new optional rider registration system for this ride. If you are planning on joining us please complete the registration form. This will help us to estimate rider numbers and therefore provide you with a better ride experience. Registration is optional, you can still just turn up on the day if you prefer ***

Rides information
Our rides are highlighted by "RIDE". You don't have to be a member to join in and we're also always looking for new ride ideas. Contact our Rides Co-ordinator for further information.
There is no need to register beforehand for a ride unless this is specifically stated, most rides are "turn up and go".
If you haven't ridden with us before please read our Ride Guidance Notes.
Please note that for train assisted rides we often cannot publish times until about 2 weeks beforehand because of the need to check engineering works. Also sometimes our ride leaders do have to change dates/times/routes at reasonably short notice. Generally this website will be up to date and also details will be sent out to our email groups, but if in doubt contact the ride leader or our rides co-ordinator to check arrangements.
